Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful and close to towns like Beaumaris and Benllech, making it a good spot to explore from. The rooms needed some care, as there were issues with ants and maintenance quality. The service was a mixed bag but overall helpful and polite. Dining was of a good standard, offering a mix of buffet and hot food options. While the facilities were decent, some areas needed attention.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms seemed problematic with a hole in the floor that could pose dangers, but I was able to change to a better room on the second night. Not ideal for anyone with asthma. The service, however, was exceptional, going above and beyond my expectations, especially for my business trip. The location was convenient for accessing different places, despite some maintenance issues throughout the property. The dining experience left much to be desired, with disappointing breakfast options. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and lovely towards my dog, but the room we initially got had issues like black mold evidence and needed updating. The location was nice and clean, easy to access, and secluded from traffic disturbances. The dining experience showed potential improvements, and the facilities were satisfactory.
